Laresenite is composed of petrified peat bog and is cut as a high cabochon is set in sterling silver with a bezel. The colors are beautiful blues and greens that are opalescent. The setting portion of the necklace measure 1-3/8″ tall x 3/4″ wide. The piece is handcrafted and place on a 18″ 7-strand black steel neck wire with a twist clasp.
