Description
Several year’s ago I asked a few local photographers to send me a photo they would like me to use as inspiration to translate into a piece of jewelry. Cameron Wilcox was one of the photographers. A few months later I saw a drone shot of a small island and thought it would make the perfect pendant. This is my interpretation of that photo. The vitreous enameled piece is cut in the shape of the island with a few copper “trees” riveting the piece to the sterling silver under plate that represents the water surrounding the island. There is also a tube set citrine, tube set jade and a piece of moldavite. The chain is handmade with hematite, nephrite jade, wooden, and tiger eye beads. This is a one of a kind pendant and will not be duplicated. Pendant measures 3-1/2″ x 2″ and the chain is roughly 21″ long with an easy “S” hook.
