One of my favorite parts of designing jewelry is to create a piece for someone that provides a keepsake. Mass produced jewelry may be beautiful but is so impersonal. I have been making sterling silver jewelry for my friends and family for years and am now offering the service to a larger audience. Please scroll through the different works. If something catches your eye just fill out a contact form for a custom piece. I’d love to talk to you–click here!

SUSAN'S RING is sterling silver with a very pretty stone. Love this ring and wear it to this day. I made the ring very early on and didn't keep track of what the stone is.
RIVER ROCK NECKLACE was made from a river stone I found while my husband and I were at a contradance camp in West Virginia. The stone is nothing special but it is special to me because of the memories from that vacation.
SILVER SERENDIPITY BRACELET is classic in style and may be dressed up or down. This is still one of my favorites that I enjoy wearing.
LAURIE'S AMETHYST EARRINGS are lever backs with sterling silver swirls and checkerboard amethyst cabochons.
PAIGE'S NECKLACE was made for a dear friend for her birthday. She has been a wonderful friend throughout the years so I wanted to design a piece that was special. Freshwater pearls and a sterling silver clasp and an amethyst set in the center.
DANIELLE'S NECKLACE was made for her on her first Mother's Day. Pearl is her birthstone and the opal is her son's. I wanted to make something simple, elegant, but distinctive. The necklace is made from sterling silver with an antiqued sterling silver chain.
LAURIE’S CARNELIAN EARRINGS were made to match other orange jewelry she had. Definitely my style with sterling and copper swirls, but she wanted a red orange and the carnelian’s were the perfect match. These feature the sterling silver nest but have lever-back earrings rather than earwires.
KAYLIN'S PENDANT was created as a gift from a mother to her daughter. Th daughter's birthstone was amethyst and her much-loved grandmother's birthstone was a citrine. Seemed liked ametrine was the perfect choice for a featured stone on this piece. It is set in sterling silver with a nest around it. The piece was given with two chains--one to wear as a necklace and the other long enough to make it a pendant.
BRYAN'S STERLING SILVER FILIGREE BUTTERFLY with two different color and cut amethysts. A friend contacted me to create a special gift. It was a holiday gift so I had quite a bit of time to think about the design and complete it. I immediately thought of a pin I had from my grandmother that was a filigree butterfly. I was actually taking a class in filigree so the timing was perfect. I designed the piece and sent a sketch to the client and he approved it. This is very close to the sketch I had sent.
HAYWORTH HEIRLOOM CROSS was purchased in Jerusalem many years ago by my client's grandmother. The cross is being passed to her son. He wanted it as something he would wear. I placed it in a bezel so it could be removed and used as a necklace again should there be a daughter in his future. The cross is bezel set with a custom leather bracelet, this view is opened to show the clasp.

HERKIMER DIAMOND NECKLACE is a funny story. I had traveled to London for business and on the day I arrived I walked around town trying to stay awake. I wandered into a store and saw these two beautiful stones. I bought both and turned it into this necklace. The funny thing is, Herkimer diamonds come from Herkimer, NY. I had traveled to London to find US treasure.
LARRY'S CITRINE NECKLACE was made quite a few years ago for my former boss. The citrine stone was beautiful and he wanted to create a necklace for his lady friend. The stone was purchased by his father many years earlier. The setting was totally fabricated by me and the chain was purchased to compliment the bail on the setting.
VIRGINIA'S NECKLACE is made from a great aunt's jewelry stash. I was provided a bag of various costume jewelry to create into one piece as a keepsake for my client to wear as reminder of her dear great aunt. Sterling silver was used as the main component of the necklace but the"jewels" were various elements. that all work nicely as one piece.
BARRIE'S CITRINE NECKLACE is a piece that I made for it's healing properties. My client was having some health issue and after doing some research I found that citrine was a natural healing stone. I wanted to make sure the citrine was golden in color and clear. A necklace was the correct piece because of the location on the body. This piece was made with caring and hoped it would soothe her.
